Key Responsibilities:

Be a “co-user” - working together with customers on their usecases, helping them in their journey.

Be the Company’s Ears and Customer’s Voice - You will be the bridge between our product and customer’s requirement.
You can have the veto to decide what needs to be priortized for a great Customer Experience/Onboarding.
How Will you Do that?
Now, this can be open-ended and completely depends on your creativity, skills and customer empathy. But… here is how we currently think about it:
- Seamless Activation & Onboarding: Convert customer requirements into relevant BitScale grids and help them understand the platform. You goal in long and short term should be to make it the smoothest onboarding ever.
Short Term (should be visible in <6 months) - Get on Calls with customers, hand hold them, share resources with them
Long Term (should be visible in a timeline of >6 months) - Create the best onboarding kit ever(Documentation, Tutorials, Conferences, Case Studies) , drive product changes/updates with founders to make onboarding the smoothest. Move the product towards PLG
- Constant Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries. Also perform pro-active check-ins with customers.
- Make them retain/upsell: The result of previous 2 responsibilities will show up here, where they end up either retaining or increasing their usage/ buy an additional offering. You may learn this on the job and ensuring the first 2 steps are smooth will make this step feel like a breeze.
Pre-requisites
- Interest in Software and AI, you can show us in detail how you use software tools (AI or non-AI) for any/all of your usecases.
- You can explain complex concepts and multi-step processes in a brief and concise manner.
- Good to have: Ex-founder or have worked in a startup.
- Good to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent field from a good college.
- Good to have: 2+ year of work experience in either activation, customer success or a related customer-facing role.

- Gurgaon, India - Mon-Fri WFO, Saturday WFH
