The Role
We’re looking for a GTM Lead/Founder’s office role who will work closely with the us to drive critical business initiatives. Think of this role as a mix of strategy, execution, and problem-solving—helping us grow by tackling projects across marketing, strategy, product, and operations. Basically, jack of all trades and master of one (hopefully marketing)
What You'll Do
- Work hand-in-hand with the founders to turn ideas & POCs into actionable plans.
- Lead go-to-market efforts: messaging, positioning, partnerships, and more.
- Own high-priority projects, working across teams to get things done.
- Dive into customer feedback and market data to drive decisions.
- Be flexible and wear multiple hats depending on the need of the hour.
Who You Are
- A generalist with 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or product in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Bonus points if you are an ex-founder yourself who understands the challenges of scaling and are eager to bring their unique experience to a fast-growing team.
- Founder's Office experience is a huge plus—you know how to prioritize, execute, and handle high-impact initiatives.
- Someone who can think big picture but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Data-driven, creative, and ready to get things done.
- A strong communicator who can collaborate with anyone and everyone.
